Biography
Former UK head of Professional Practices at Lloyds Bank, Paul has helped legal practices perfect their approach to finance for the past 16 years. Now a Law Society approved Lexcel assessor and consultant and a FCA regulated commercial finance broker.
Paul combines his finance and risk management experience to advise law firms on the most appropriate structures for client money and also debt financing, maximising income while minimising risk through a deep knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.
As an approved Lexcel assessor, he helps law firms develop a robust risk framework in line with the Lexcel Standard, which encourages operational excellence.
