Ian is the founder of two companies operating in the recruitment, career guidance and personal development sector. He has over 25 years' experience in executive recruitment marketplace, specifically focusing on professional and financial services.
Prior to running his own companies, he was a senior HR manager with a building society, people are key to his career.
He is specialist trained in psychometrics and applies his understanding and knowledge to help business owners to make robust recruitment decisions through better interviewing and assessment techniques.
He has written several on-line courses designed to help individuals fulfil their potential as well as delivered several workshop webinars and training events.
