Darren is Managing Director and Principal Consultant at Move2cloud Advisory Services which helps large to medium sized firms and organisations navigate the ever-changing technology landscape.
As an industry veteran working within the Telephony and Contact Centre sector for 25+ years, including some of the largest names within the legal sector.
Darren has seen a lot of changes over his career but is still very much focused on how technology is best selected and implemented to maximise the potential benefits.
The technology industry has transformed over the last few years with a seismic move from on premise-based solutions that were once procured on a Capex model to cloud based services that are paid for out of the Opex budget. During this time the number of vendors, resellers and solutions within the industry has mushroomed adding to the complication.
Since the onset of COVID-19 in March 2020, legal firms have had to accelerate the move to remote working and provide their staff with secure and reliable access to key systems and resources.
Darren is in a great place to help legal firms of all sizes understand their own technology requirements and help turbocharge the procurement process reducing the time and eliminating the risk factors that we all associate with IT related projects including unified communications, contact centres, connectivity and cyber security services.
